Every effort is made to insure continuity of care between your office and ours.
Please feel free to speak with us regarding any aspect of your treatment plan.
For certain procedures we request a consultation with the patient prior to surgery.
This gives the patient and family a better understanding of the procedure.

We are members of a number of dental plans. Information about these plans
are available to your staff and patients.

Our office is qualified to provide CPR certification. This is available to you
upon request.

We submit dental claims the same day the procedure is performed. Radiographs,
biopsy reports, EOB'S, and treatment plans are also submitted as electronic attachments.

Your office will receive copies of all pertinent radiographs, laboratory tests,
and biopsy results to complete your patient record.
